This durable snare drum head uses a thin, reverse woven "Power Dot" mounted under the center of the head for added strength and does not hinder the tone or projection. The result is a clean, resonant tone with enhanced definition.

These work pretty well and adhere securely. I chose to stick on the underside lip on my nightstand in case it damages finish. I like that they pop open to remove cord when desired, although sometimes it opens when I pull on cord too hard. Overall, I think they are help and save me from rummaging around for my cord.
