Desertetto Blue (Gorgonzola) - 8 ozGorgonzola is an ancient blue cheese which originated in the mountainous Piemonte region of Northern Italy. Lovera's Desertetto Blua is named in honor of Sam Lovera's grandmother Marta Blua, who resided in the small village of Desertetto by Valdieri in Piemonte.
