The wear is consistent with having been stored in a stack with other map cases. It will be fairly difficult to find a better example. The leather is still soft and flexible and the stitching is strong and in good condition. An ideal example for any collection or to complete a dummy.

sub-optimal design
Size is a bit too small for anything bigger than an average bar of soap, so the soap doesn't move around enough to make good suds. the inside is also too textured, and the soap sticks to the inside of the pouch. good quality and sturdy stitching however.
