I bought Frank's book, similar topic, 20 years ago as I began my then "casual" interest in investing. I find J & Dave's book more accessible with anecdotal stories that help deliver the content in an easy-to-grasp style for both newcomers and existing real estate pros alike. I'm enjoying it just as much as he is. The story is actually broken up into two smaller books. There's no other chapters but plenty of "natural pauses" to indicate a change in scene. The story so far is great. Very entertaining with some nice humor mixed in. Love the artwork style as well. You won't be disappointed with purchasing this.
