The palate has a supple and generous texture as well as a pleasant freshness on the finish. Ageing potential of 4 to 5 years. Goes well with: Salmon terrine, a fillet of sea bream in foil, lemon chicken skewers. This cuve comes from a blend of young plots of vines classified as premier crus, facing east. They were planted by Franoise between 2009 and 2010.

It is okay, but the brushes fall through the holes' making them hard to retrieve. The only way to get them out of the holder is to pull up on the bristles or push the handle from the bottom. Both don't work well. My solution is simple, just install a "stop" below the holes. My solution is ugly but works. It took me about 15 minutes to modify.
