There is a little bit of staining above the right hand waist pocket. Other than that it looks basically brand new. The size tag says 48. The chest measures about 40".

This is exactly what I wanted, had to return two other blankets before I found this one. It is SO FLUFFY and soft! The pile is almost 3” long.. it is so fluffy I keep losing my remote control on it.
