The material on this model had a courser grained vinyl finish than earlier models.(Known as \1290\" grain in the Trade) The panels are die cut on our 60 ton presses and have all the correct holes and apertures for the perfect fit. The carpet kick panels are firstly sewn to a vinyl surround which in turn are welded to the face panel on our High Frequency welding machine." Please note that
