This really calms down any redness or irritation I have. I use it both in my night routine and my morning routine before any of my other skincare. One bottle also goes a LONG way! I am on MONTH 7 of 2x daily use, and I still have at least a months worth left! I apply the toner directly into my hand and pat on my face (some people use cotton pads but I feel like it wastes a little bit of product).
