it's okay. The first night I had it on my monitor one of my cats yanked it down somehow and after that it lost all it's stick entirely. I was upset about it at first but after some hardcore taping it seems to be holding up just fine. The sticky parts that it comes with don't seem to be as strong as I thought but It's not too hard to fix and the headphones stand part itself is fairly well made and a good space saver. Overall I really enjoy this purchase.
