I will say though to be careful because they make your gums sensitive and can give your gums burn if you’re not careful. If you notice any burning of the gums please take a break so you don’t further damage your gums. Other than that this product is only teeth whitening treatment that didn’t put weird white patches on my teeth. So if you’re struggling with that, I suggest you buy these.
