All fabrics are dyed using Zweigart base fabric and fibre reactive dyes and the edges of the fabric are serged to prevent fraying. Cut sizes are measured before dyeing and some fabrics do shrink up during the dye process. The internal wires are good quality with a decent number of strands, but the outer cover is standard pvc, tough but no more flexible than any other cord product. Not suitable for my use on a hand power tool, a rubber cover is better.
