He was a pillar for the Inuit art community and was well known for his gentle and jolly caribous. This caribou came back from another gallery that closed down. This is one of the last caribous by the late Pavinak Petaulassie.

Flimsy

These shelves feel and look very flimsy. They’re hollow, and while the description says they’re made of wood, they feel thinner and less strong than particle board. The brackets are sturdy, and the instructions are clear. They’re easy to install. But, at least for the 12” deep shelves, the bracket poles are shorter than the depth of the shelves, so the shelves sag at the front. Pretty disappointing.

Really sturdy and a great value for the money. Almost idiot proof when putting it together, too. The drawing is very specific, and everything is really well marked and numbered. This isn’t fine furniture, but it really is a great value for the money!
