Cesar Marquez Parajes Bierzo 2023A medium bodied red wine produced from the Mencia grape variety in the Bierzo region of north west Spain. The nephew of the legendary Ral Prez, Csar Marquz is one of the most promising young winemakers in the Bierzo region. For his own project, started in 2015, he is exploring the possibilities of a Burgundy inspired classification system with Mencia based wines in Bierzo. Parajes is his `regional` wine and includes a small percentage of Alicante
