The micro mosaic is also completely handcrafted by melting Italian Smalti glass and then pulling it into long strings of glass that are then cut into tiny pieces and hand placed with tweezers into the base. I never liked foam cleaners, so I was afraid to try this one because it is a "cream-to-foam" cleanser. But it is not that foamy. I don't find it to foam at all actually.
