Its primary fruit source is nearly 30 year old California heritage clone Pinot Noir (Martini) planted in the breezy, loamy heart of Carneros. We ferment with native yeast in steel and concrete about 30% whole cluster and age 7 months in neutral oak with minimal intervention.
