I purchased because my cat is older and I need something waterproof. It fit my queen bed and my deeper mattress that usually needs extra deep mattresses. It looks nice and went on the bed easily. I have not had her test its waterproof feather yet. I am relieved I do not need to worry or put pee pads down for her. I reas some people find it hot and hear a squeaky sound. I have not experienced either. The padding is a nice addition. I was surprised by the soft padding feature as I was not looking for it. The price was great. I did not want to spend a lot of money for something that did not need forever given my cat is older with kidney problems now. I will not remove it even if it is not needed anymore because I like the cushion. I have purchased the Bedsure brand for other items and always been pleased with their price and quality. I recommend this product
