The best canned oysters I've had yet! Theses oysters taste very fresh and clean, no crunchy bits like the cheaper ones. They're perfectly soft and melt in your mouth. I like eating them straight out the can but I also like mixing them with mayo, some of the olive oil from the can, some crushed pepper and eating them on baguette slices.
