At 56 years old my skin is pretty dry but this was still a little to heavy for a face cream-- but usable in a pinch. What it is PERFECT for is for your hands before you go to sleep at night. You know you're going to touch your face and pillow during the night so heavily fragranced creams aren't good at all.
