Ameztoi Unicus 2015 Brut Nature Sparkling Wine(100% Hondarrabi Zuri, Mthode Champenoise, Zero Dosage) This is made with old vine Hondarribi Zuri that was made like a Champagne with 72 months on its lees and disgorged without dosage. The nose shows a fun mix of cream, citrus, Mirabelle plum, beeswax, and sea spray. The palate has a textured character to it with spice, yellow plum, citrus, and a light salt note on the finish. Runs much larger than I expected. I am 5’4”& 136 pounds. Usually wear a medium or large in some knit tops. So I need to stitch the side seams in hopes it will fit better. I like the weight and softness of the fabric, but really disappointed in the too large armholes. Unwearable for me until I can sew new side seams.
