Perfect for dry mouth!
I suffer from extreme dry mouth due to sleep apnea and side effects of medications. I used to gargle with mouthwash made for dry mouth before going to bed but it would wear-off by morning.. Iโd awaken with severe cotton mouth! Whatโs worse is my mouth gets dry during the day when Iโm out and canโt gargle. Itโs so bad I can barely talk! Thank goodness for these melts!! They are GREAT! They stick easily to your gums or roof of your mouth and stay there! They slowly dissolve over night and I wake up without cotton mouth! I keep some in my purse for daytime.
