Great for getting a good night's sleep
After a stressful day (aren't they all) I often have trouble getting to sleep. I keep these on my nightstand and take one before bed. I find it allows me to fall asleep easily and stay asleep all night. There is no problem with being groggy in the morning like other sleep aids.
