Good fit. Helps keep my vials sealed and sanitary. Clean before and during each use to prevent issues. They are very nice quality, but the 3ml are a little tight on the vial. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to note. The 10ml are a little lose on 10ml, but work great on 30ml hospira bac water
