Ordered a 9 in the cozy jelly sandals, one size up as suggested & they were way too small. So I tried them on my other niece who is wearing a size 6 in toddlers & the 9 fit her perfect. I like that the Velcro straps adjust to fit her snug enough to hold her skinny foot in place. Definitely like the look, feel & quality.
