Seit 1969 produziert die Familie Galli auf 18 Hektar Flche in natrlicher Anbauweise die Trauben fr Valpolicella und Amarone. Die Trauben werden handgepflckt, und fermentiert in temperaturkontrollierten Stahltanks 12 bis 14 Tage lang. Sanft gepresst wird der Wein 3 bis 4 Monate gelagert und danach werden ungepresste
