Bereits vor ber 250 Jahren gingen Trauben durch ihre Hnde. Doch erst die jngste Generation wagte den Schritt zum eigenen Weingut. AUSBAU: Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und sorgfltig selektiert. Sie werden 3 Tage kaltmazeriert und danach bei 25C vergoren. Danach folgt eine weitere Mazerationszeit von 7 Tagen im Edelstahltank. Der Wein
