Alpahirt produziert Salsiz mit puren Zutaten, ohne Zusatzstoffe nach dem Rezept aus dem Jahr 1896. Wie zu damaligen Zeiten, kommt nichts rein, was nicht in gutes Trockenfleisch gehrt. Neben dem Fleisch glcklicher, in den Alpen weidenden Khen, verwendet Alpahirt nur wenig Veltliner Wein, Salz und Gewrze. Das Rezept stammt von Urneni
