The chair itself is comfortable and nice. Castor is very fluid as well as the hydraulic up-and-down. The problem is the screw sets for the back of the chair. The individuals that made this chair, and from what I see a majority of the other chairs like it, the bolt settings in the back of the chair are not angled correctly for the lumbar support angles. The intelligent, mathematicians, and engineers that have put this chair together did not calculate that lumbar angle. This means that when you try to put the bolt into the nut, you need to have at least a 25° angle for the bolt to fit properly in which the setting is not created for that process. In the end I ended up being able to get the bottom bolts into the backing of the chair, the top bolts were not able to get the proper angle to secure the chair. This being said, the chair still works comfortable and functional. It just does not have the top two bolts in the lumbar section.

This chair is what you are looking for!!! No serious friends, this chair is everything and so incredibly comfortable! I’m so happy with this purchase. The wood accents I believe are actual wood and the PU leather is gorgeous and seriously looks like real leather. The size is perfect for my frame too.
