Beaumes-de-Venise AOP rouge 2022, Château RedortierBei diesem Beaumes de Venise handelt es sich um die klassische Cuve des Chteaus. Die Reben stehen auf Lehm und grauem Mergelboden. Die Hhe der Weinberge betrgt 350 bis 500 Meter. Die Erntemenge liegt bei 30 hl ha, die Reben sind zwischen 6 und 60 Jahre alt. Traditionelle Vinifikation, kontrollierte Temperatur unter 26 C, regelmiges berpumpen des Tresterhutes. Die Maischegrung dauert 15 Tage, um mglichste viele Aromen und Farbstoffe zu extrahieren.
