Each previous delivery, I hadnโ€™t been able to eat more than 3 out of each bunch because of the already yellowed fruit received. I even tried the currently trendy recommendation of wrapping the individual stem ends in plastic wrap to help slow the ripening process. Was very pleased to receive a bunch of 6 small sized bananas, all delicately green and completely beautiful! Beautiful job by the thoughtful delivery person as well, who didnโ€™t just leave the bags in the rain on the (only 2!) steps, but made sure they were under the protection of the porch and not blocking my door. Some items I never order anymore (beloved snap peas and garnet potatoes are two examples) after receiving spoiled items - more than once. Apparently notifying Amazon of our understandable disappointment, not to mention the waste! can sometimes improve the quality of items delivered. I do very much appreciate the Amazon Fresh delivery service in my (rapidly approaching) old age.
