The Perfect Liquid Gel-Cap Multivitamin
My doctor asked me to take a multivitamin in liquid form, as the vitamins are absorbed so much better than with a pressed-powder tablet. These are not easy to find locally! I have been using these vitamins for quite a while and order more when I am getting close to running out. I was pleased to find them on Amazon at a good price. I had bought others online, but the price was considerably more for a comparable product. There is no aftertaste, and they are easy for me to swallow. They are large, so they may not be for everyone, but they solved a problem for me.

Size and Belching
The softgels are too large and the contents causes belching due to the fish oil included. The fish oil is one of the worst smelling I've ever experienced. Perhaps this would be a better product if they eliminate the fish oil. Women's softgels should be much smaller. If I could send it back I would do so. Since I can't, I threw it away and chalked it up to poor judgement on my part. Definitely a waste of money.

Huge bottle that lasta over half the year
I have been using this product for a while now because I routinely have low iron counts. Originally my doctor had me on an iron supplement but told me in the last year I could switch to a multivitamin with iron instead. I found that this is not the easiest thing to find, especially if you only want to have to take one vitamin a day. I like that the bottle has 200 soft gels which lasts over half a year before you have to worry about ordering more. And the last couple times I have had my iron levels checked they have been back in the normal range.

Compound gpl1 girls beware of this otherwise perfect multi
Love this but I can’t take anymore, I am on glp1 with b6 and I started breaking out in hives, after some research I realized that the rash was a niancin rash!!! The b6 in the compound and the b6 in the multi was too much! Aka is backfired on me but this stuff works! I love carlyle! So girlies who are on compound tirzep… we can add extra b vitamins to our compound. Can’t wait to try to get a non compounded so I can enjoy this product!!!

Good
I love these! They have a little smell to them but my stomach favors these types of vitamins rather than the chalky ones.
